Current Needs

‘Welcome to your new school!’ That is what a group of students were exuberantly told at the grand opening of El Jardin de los Lirios Christian School which means The Garden of the Lilies.

The director of the school, Pastor Jose Monesto Guido, received permission from the Dept. Of Education to operate and open the new facility which officially occurred in February 2016. It’s an exciting step forward for the this rural community situated on the west side of Nicaragua 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean. This new school has 15 fulltime students during the week and up to 120 children can be found there on any particular Sunday receiving biblical teaching and instruction and participating in worship.
